Thai Curry
Curry is one of Thailand's favorite dishes, the term Kuri (curry) although means one of many combinations of spices. Spices like Turemic and Saffron is what gives it the yellow coloring, spice has also been greatly valued for many years. It preserved many meat products from spoiling and was often stolen from Malaysian and Chinese pirates along Pacific and Indian ocean for its value and resourcefulness.
